1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Defective/Damaged Products: Items received with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

• Incorrect Shipment: Wrong product or specification delivered.

• Non-Custom Items: Standard products (custom/OEM orders are non-refundable unless defective).

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (varies by product).

2. Return Process

  Provide: Order number, product details, photos/videos of the issue, and reason for return.

Step 2: We will evaluate the request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if approved.
Step 3: Ship the item(s) to our designated address (provided with the RA).

• Shipping Costs: Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours.

3. Refund Methods & Timelines

• Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Replacements: Shipped at no extra cost if the product is defective/wrong.

Note: Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless due to our error).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds/exchanges will be granted for:

• Customized/OEM products (unless defective).

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

• Returns without an RA number or sent to the wrong address.
